A grounded look at zuloma, automation/diary, and your portfolio — and exactly what motion + UI to add to each.
The honest headline: your portfolio's real design was never pushed — a broken GitHub-Pages placeholder is live while the good version sits on your laptop. Zuloma and automation/diary are solid editorial sites that mostly need motion, not a redesign. The two named libraries don't fit all three stacks — so I matched motion to each stack instead of forcing it.

Confident Slow-Ink editorial identity — cream, terracotta, serif. Looks like a publication, not a startup.
The maturity-diagnostic block is a real lead magnet, well-placed.
Line-chart article motif is a strong, ownable signature.
Upgrade
Mobile headline clips ("notes on th…"). Tighten the hero type scale + line-length.
The dark category strip floats disconnected — make it a thin sticky nav with a sliding active-underline.
Flat cream reads slightly digital — add a faint paper grain for depth (like this page has).
Everything lands at once. Add a staggered load reveal + scroll fade-ups.

The chart draws itself in
Scroll it into view — the article's line chart strokes on instead of just being there. motion.dev, ~12 lines.

Most distinctive of the three — dark masthead, redacted "tension brief" cards, mono detailing. On-brand for "shown, not sold."
Already smooth-scrolls (Lenis) and has a GSAP motion tier. It doesn't need a new motion library.
Upgrade
Same mobile headline clip ("in 41 minu…") — fix the responsive type scale.
The redaction bars are static — make them the signature interaction: un-redact on scroll/tap (demo below).
Pin + parallax the brief card with GSAP ScrollTrigger; add a magnetic CTA on "Get the diary."

The brief un-redacts
Tap replay — the classified bars slide off to reveal the line. Pure on-brand. GSAP, fits your existing tier.
The vendor said autonomous planning would cut effort by 60%. What actually broke was the master data.
This is a deploy bug, not a design problem. Your real portfolio (local commit ebe94d3) was never pushed — the live URL serves the old GitHub-Pages starter (2c45ef6). One push fixes the embarrassing part instantly.
